RETURNS
(1) Your order can be returned for a refund or store credit.
(2) You must request to return your item within 7 days of receiving it by. emailing returns@art-mother.com
(3) Return shipping is at the customers expense.
(4) Returns must be received by us within 14 days.
(5) Returned prints must be in their original packaging, damage free.
(6) Returned orders are the customers responsibility until the package is received by us, we recommend using a postal service that offers tracking.
(7) Once the returned print has been inspected and cleared of any damage a refund will be processed.
(8) After we receive and process the return, Refunds can take between 7 - 10 days to appear on the customers end.

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS
All prints are quality checked before being packed and shipped. Damaged or faulty prints must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order.
